Nominated for the Asian Woman of the Year Award in 2007, Janvi is co-founder and a director of Halebury. She read law and accountancy at Manchester University.  A lot has happened since then.

She qualified as a solicitor in September 2000 and gained experience both in private practice and in-house, first at City law firm, Charles Russell, and later at Nortel Networks plc. She advises on all aspects of employment law, including TUPE transfers, dismissals, and handbooks as well as immigration law and procedure.

She writes articles for a number of leading HR publications such as Personnel Today and Pay Advice and speaks at client training and industry events, such as TiE UK and GWIIN. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association, TiE and the European Study Group.

Her interests include travelling and reading non-fiction.
