Julian spent 7 years in private practice at top 100 London law firm, Radcliffes (now Radcliffes Lebrasseur). More recently, he spent 6 years working for Nortel Networks plc as Senior Employment Legal Counsel. At Nortel, Julian advised on UK employment law issues, negotiated numerous outsourcing and M&A deals and had prime responsibility for coordinating employment advice throughout EMEA. He is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association, and the association of corporate counsel. 

His interests are golf, mountain hiking and eating.
