Nominated for the Asian Woman of the Year Award in 2007, Janvi is co-founder and a director of Halebury.

Janvi advises on corporate immigration matters and has written articles for a number of leading HR publications such as Personnel Today and Pay Advice and speaks at client training and industry events, such as TiE UK and GWIIN.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association, TiE and the European Study Group.

Her interests include travelling and reading non-fiction.
