Delphine is a commercial titan with 20 years post qualified experience in commercial law, as well as extensive experience within the business telecommunications sector.
After having trained at Clifford Chance Delphine qualified into the Corporate Finance Department where she worked on all types of corporate finance deals, including mergers and acquisitions, business and assets disposals and stock market listings.
From Clifford Chance Delphine moved to emerging London Interconnect Group and then Neos Network. Following Neos Networks, Delphine joined ntl/Telewest now Virgin Media where she remained for eight years working on all commercial law aspects of the telecommunications side of the business.
Delphine is also fluent in French and her hobbies include theatre, reading and gardening.
