We recognise that diversity offers opportunity and we are an exceptionally diverse team. Due to the diversity of the board, we are certified members of two leading supplier diversity organisations: Minority Suppler Development UK (MSDUK), which supports ethnic minority businesses and WE Connect, which supports women owned businesses.
We believe in making a difference in the wider community by utilising the ideas, skills and resources available to us. We are proud that members of the Halebury team devote their time, energy and talents to charitable organisations and community initiatives, both in their local area, and further afield. Over one third of our staff have dedicated their own time to participating in community philanthropic initiatives. We have links with many organisations through staff participation including The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, Pilotlight, The Aspire Foundation, Providence Row and the NSPCC. We regularly partner with our clients on their corporate social responsibility programmes and fundraising activities.
