Leading telecoms company.
Halebury was brought in to review contracts, standard documentation and processes following the divestment of a subsidiary of the client acquired in the previous year.
The review necessitated a complete overhaul of existing contractual agreements including the reallocation or splitting of third party supplier agreements between our client and the subsidiary.
As part of the process, the Halebury lawyer identified a need for improved ordering processes
and the appropriate means to realise that improvement. They set up standard and non-standard
electronic ordering and acknowledgment processes for day-to-day order management.
