Join Halebury, join our team
Halebury is an alternative law firm and NewLaw pioneer. Our model was created to provide a range of flexible and cost effective resourcing solutions to our clients, but also to create a genuinely alternative career path for senior in-house lawyers. Our talented lawyers have all held positions as senior in-house counsel, Heads of Legal and General Counsel in leading businesses such as Ericsson, the BBC and Accenture. Our talented team of in-house lawyers are our greatest asset and we are always looking to speak with people who are interested in a career as a consultant lawyer, doing interesting legal work for a variety of clients.
Flexibility and control
Halebury’s model is flexible for both our clients and our lawyers. We aim to support our lawyers to personalise their own career path and achieve their goals, whether that is working full time, part time, placements or portfolio work, onsite or offsite or a mixture of all these. We invest in client relationships for the long term. Our lawyers remain available to clients for ad hoc and follow on work after a placement. This ensures our clients receive continuity of service from a lawyer who knows and understands their business and our lawyers build up their client portfolio.
Speak to our team
The unique Halebury model is designed to be completely flexible. Our lawyers all work in different ways to suit their lifestyle and aspirations and we give them as much support from our side as we can to achieve their goals.
“Many people talk about innovation but it’s rare to see it. Janvi and Denise have recognised that the future of work is changing and that client’s needs in the legal market are evolving and have tailored the Halebury business model to reflect this. This focus on client needs coupled with flexibility for the individual lawyer (on types of work and how they work) is a refreshing and motivating approach.”

As a result I’m, blogging, tweeting and fizzing with ideas, and I have already attracted new clients to Halebury.”
