This week, Halebury welcomes Rachael Davidson, ex GC of Airwave, and Kate Bennett, formerly of Baker and McKenzie, to their team of in-house legal experts.
Rachael joins Halebury from her role as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Airwave. Prior to this, she held senior in-house roles at O2, Genie Mobile and ExxonMobil in Australia. Rachael has worked at leading law firms including Linklaters in London, Mallesons Stephen Jacques in Australia and originally trained at Baker & McKenzie in Melbourne.
Kate is a highly experienced corporate and securities lawyer with compliance and company secretarial expertise. She currently advises a FTSE 250 PLC as Company Secretary, a role which involves implementing and maintaining robust corporate governance and compliance procedures. She also advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including corporate formation, finance and investment and joint ventures. Kate trained at Baker & McKenzie and worked in its Chicago and London offices while in private practice.
