“It was a pleasure working with Ilana as she was able to advise and take into consideration both the legalities of all situations, as well as the culture of how we worked as a company. Her ability to explain complex legal situations for those who do not have the same knowledge and expertise is a real skill, and something rare in an employment lawyer. Ilana is someone who has a passion for her work and is able to transfer this into her approach, which is not only professional but highly personable.” HR Manager, advertising agency.
