Halebury Legal Project Management
The Halebury LPM (Legal Project Management) team consists of former General Counsel, Heads of Legal and senior lawyers all of whom have worked in the legal teams of leading global businesses. The Halebury LPM team has Board level and managerial experience, legal and strategic knowledge and experience (covering in-house, private practice and non-legal) on how best to deliver legal operations and to a business using a team of in house lawyers.
Operational and Organisational Structure:
Halebury’s LPM team work with General Counsel and management teams to create a more strategic approach to the resourcing of legal services, increasing efficiency and effectiveness for your business, including:
- Reviewing and creating the legal operations and organisational structure of the in-house legal function to harness technological and process driven opportunities to:
- better align the legal function with the needs of the business, its risk management and strategic requirements
- ensure that the team of in-house lawyers are incentivised and motivated to add value to the business and to create a stable long term career path for lawyers working within the team.
- Organisation and management of any external service providers to ensure they add real value to the business and are effectively, managed and monitored from a cost and a risk aspect.
Managing Transactions and Projects:
Halebury’s LPM team has substantial experience of end to end project management including major, multi-national transactions and technology projects.
They are therefore able to map out and manage all aspects of projects, in terms of their goals and objectives, resources, costs, risks and timescale management from the definition and planning stages through to formal closure.
