What do you focus on
As CEO, I focus on client relationships and developing new product and service solutions. I look to find more effective, efficient and empowering ways of working with our clients.
Tell us about your professional background
I co-founded Halebury 11 years ago as an opportunity to create the kind of firm that I would like to work for and engage. Having started my career as a corporate commercial solicitor at Charles Russell (now CRS), I worked in-house as a commercial and technology lawyer for Sky before helping to develop and shape the Halebury offering. I mentor women in law and tech and young entrepreneurs. I also speak regularly on diversity and inclusion in business and am a supplier executive committee member for MSDUK, the supplier diversity organisation.
Tell us a bit about your working style and other interests
I have three children and live in Twickenham. Outside of running Halebury I am also a broadcaster and presenter and manage all of these elements by having a very strong and amazing team of people in my life; my family, friends and colleagues. Juggling many different interests, it is crucial that I embody the Halebury agile working ethos!
My greatest joy is seeing others realise their own ambitions and goals, whether that is a GC in managing their team or a lawyer managing their career in a way that works for them.
My passion is driving change in the legal services industry - whether that be pioneering new methods of working, championing diversity, or mentoring future lawyers.
