Experienced In-House Lawyer joins Halebury as expansion continues
This week we are pleased to announce that Polly Grieff joins Halebury. Polly has an extensive track record of working in a range of senior international in-house counsel roles. Polly’s experience includes general commercial advice, complex contract negotiations, corporate, regulatory, data protection, IP protection, competition, risk management and outsourcing.
Most recently, Polly was Regional Counsel EMEA for EasyLink Services International where she managed all legal matters for the region. In addition, she was Company Secretary of EasyLink and its subsidiary UK entities, CEO and Director of its three French entities, MD and Director of the German entity and provided extensive support to the US entity in the management of outside counsel during and following the EasyLink acquisition by Open Text.
Polly spent seven years at Orange Business Services where she was EMEA sole legal counsel in charge of all legal matters for the Software division. Following its takeover by France Telecom Polly was second in charge of Corporate and General Legal Services for the EMEA region. During her career Polly has also worked at Aricent Technologies Ltd, EDS, Alstom Fluides et Mécanique, and Gleave Construction Ltd. Polly originally trained at Richards Butler (now Reed Smith).
