Halebury CEO Denise Nurse appointed to MSDUK EMB Executive Committee
We are delighted to announce that Halebury’s CEO Denise Nurse has been appointed to MSDUK’s EMB Executive Committee.
MSDUK is the UK’s leading non-profit membership organisation driving inclusive procurement, promoting the ethos of diversity and inclusion in public and private sector supply chains by identifying and introducing innovative and entrepreneurial ethnic minority owned businesses (EMBs).
MSDUK’s network includes over 40 purchasing organisations, over 500 buyers and an extended community of over 3000 ethnic minority owned businesses who work together to network, share knowledge and develop productive supplier / buyer relationships. Halebury is proud to be both a certified EMB and WBE and to be working with a number of corporates who are actively looking to diversify their supply chain.
The aim of the EMB committee is to be the voice of the EMBs within the network, representing views and concerns to the MSDUK corporate network and board of directors, listening and interacting with EMBs to get their feedback and to act as MSDUK champions promoting the organisation within and outside the MSDUK, networking and helping recruit EMBs.
Denise Nurse comments: “Halebury has been a member of MSDUK for several years now and our involvement has resulted in long standing relationships and some key client wins for Halebury, so it is with great pleasure I have been appointed to the EMB committee and am able to play such an active and strategic role in the organisation’s further growth and development.”
