Halebury growth continues with hire of highly experienced TMT specialists
Halebury is pleased to welcome to the team three highly experienced lawyers. Anne Todd joins from Balfour Beatty where she was Acting Head of Legal, Group IT, Andrew Lee was previously General Counsel at Secure Trading, and Clare Keeley joins from Stylus Media Group where she was General Counsel.
Anne brings with her over 20 years’ experience in complex and high value contractual negotiations and corporate transactions, both domestically and cross-border, and is also a specialist in technology, internet, e-commerce, IP, telecoms and related regulatory and data protection issues. Prior to Balfour Beatty, Anne worked at Tesco Mobile & Tesco Telecoms and Vodafone Group. Over the course of her career Anne has also worked at Sodexo, Storm Telecommunications and BT.
Andrew is a commercial lawyer with 20 years’ experience. He combines digital media, e-commerce, m-commerce, payments, IT and telecoms experience with a broad range of regulatory experience. Prior to Secure Trading, Andrew worked at Boku and T-Mobile, and worked in private practice at Baker & McKenzie, Olswang and originally trained at Denton Hall (now Dentons).
Clare has over 15 years’ general commercial experience specialising in technology and telecommunications managing global contract negotiations, procurement contracts, negotiating licensing agreements and dealing with IP issues. Prior to Stylus Media Clare worked at Vodafone Group, Thomson Reuters, COLT Telecommunications, Accenture UK Limited, and Virgin Media.
