What do you focus on for your clients

I’m a commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ international experience in IT and telecoms in legal and non-legal roles. I also bring experience in culture change and global change management programmes.

Tell us about your professional background

A large part of my career was at Vodafone Group Plc, as Head of Legal for various divisions in the UK and overseas. I also held regional management roles with responsibilities in Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific. My early career was spent at Osborne Clarke, initially as a commercial litigator, and then in non-contentious commercial work for a range of technology and media clients.

Tell us a bit about your working style and other interests

My working style is collaborative, and I build strong relationships swiftly. I quickly assess the commercial consequences of legal issues, allowing me to add value to decision making whilst taking care of the legal requirements. Outside of work I’m passionate about supporting those with mental health challenges. I volunteer at a mental health day centre on a weekly basis, offering practical and emotional support to the members.

Jenny is a great lawyer to work with – intelligent with a bright personality and committed to anything she takes on. She stands her ground in a good way, and thinks commercially so she is always willing to both collaborate and co-operate. I’d welcome the chance to work with her again.
