Global travel company Expedia required a flexible legal resourcing solution which enabled them to scale up from ongoing support provided on a retainer basis, to an interim Legal Director cover, then support for a major European project.
Our Halebury consultant worked with client on a retainer basis before scaling up to help cover the Legal Director role on an interim basis. During this time, they worked on a number of regulatory complaints and supported the legal team in managing workflow and ensuring projects were properly resourced.
Following this the Halebury lawyer provided further supported the business by working as lead in-house lawyer on a major project implementing the new travel package directive across 13 EU points of sale. (NB this goes live July, so case study can’t go live until then)
