What do you focus on for your clients

I am a qualified lawyer, General Counsel & Company Secretary with broad and varied international corporate, technology, telecoms, IP and commercial experience. I was a Partner and Head of Commercial in a c65 Partner Regional Law Firm specialising in technology, travel, telecoms and media and held senior in-house legal roles at executive/board level. I provide expert legal support to a variety of companies from small tech to multinationals, giving a breadth of perspective and a proven ability to add value across all areas of a business.

Tell us about your professional background

I was an associate solicitor at Squire Patton Boggs before moving in-house to Interoute Telecommunications Plc where I held the role of General Counsel & Company Secretary. I then joined Yahoo! Europe as Legal Director, before heading up Commercial at Thomas Eggar . I then spent some time at Travelport International as their Legal Director – EMEA and most recently worked at VimpelCom Telecom (now Veon) as their Deputy General Counsel Digital & Commercial.

Tell us a bit about your working style and other interests 

I am a commercially focused lawyer who gets the job done but in the right way and helps the business to make the best decisions. I work well in a crisis with a proven track record. I have a strong work ethic & lead by example in day to day leadership and business support. I have three children which keeps me busy and try to keep active with a target of three triathlons every summer.
